We were advised we didn't need any underlay on the concrete floor before putting down lino, which resulted in the floor being ruined after about 6 months. After calling whittakers numerous times explaining what happened and trying to buy a new piece of lino we kept being told someone would be in touch (which they never did) 3 months later we've given up and had the floor replaced by carpet right. Waste of money and poor customer service. Would not recommend
