Recommend anyone to take there pets there
An outstanding practice - the vets are always really gentle with our cats, and always advise what's best for them. Reception staff are always helpful and friendly, and appointment availability is great. Exceptionally clean and modern facilities.
Disappointed. More local than usual vet but a slight ear infection was going to cost 180 ( I see another reviewer had exactly the same problem - wish Id read the reviews first!)) serious overprescribing Wanted to charge 31 for trimming hair in very small area. 6 medications & 15 for a plastic collar which was far too big. Back to usual vet. Never ever had this problem before
Usually go to Greenwood and Brown in Pontefract but had a voucher to get my new bunny neutered for free at vets4pets. Very impressed with the whole experience. The veterinary nurse really knows her stuff about rabbits and dealt with him expertly, causing him the least amount of stress possible. She was very friendly and went out of her way to work the appointments around my working hours. The procedure went smoothly and the aftercare was brilliant. Considering that my bun is the grand old age of 8 and the fact that rabbits often don't respond well to anaesthetic, I was a bag of nerves, but their care and expertise helped me feel at ease. I really felt like the well-being of my bun was their primary concern. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
All they are out for is the money. Transferred from my old vets because they were just down the road but after a simple ear infection cost over 200 to treat I soon went back to my old vets.
